stands for Ecology Coal. It is a modern coal product very well suited for this environmentally conscious age since it is blessed with low impurities, in particular low ash (3.9% ADB) and low sulphur (0.15% ADB).is a sub bituminous coal product and stems from a deposit adjacent to our Satui mine.

Ecocoal Different from any other Indonesian coal,Ecocoal has the softness that makes it possible to grind up to 50% more than other hard Indonesian coals. Therefore a mill can reach the same energy capacity as is the case with bituminous coal, as long as there is sufficient heat to dry the coal.Ecocoal has already been in use in some Asian areas with great success and now is being introduced in Europe and the Americas.
